Final Verdict – May 2026
iTop VPN earns 6.9/10 in our 2026 tests.
It is a decent **budget VPN** that offers good value for money, especially on long-term plans. The free version is attractive for light users. However, it falls short in privacy transparency and speed consistency compared to top players like NordVPN, ExpressVPN, and Surfshark.
Recommendation: Choose iTop if you're on a tight budget. For better performance and privacy, go with Surfshark or NordVPN.
